Transition Team's Welcome

Starting secondary school is a big step, and we are here to support you and your child every step of the way. We are the Transition Team, and our role is to make sure every Year 6 student joining The Bulmershe School feels welcome, excited, and ready for September.

From now until your child’s first day, we have a full programme of events designed to help them settle in. Our team will be visiting primary schools, running in-school events and creating plenty of opportunities for your child to meet new friends and explore life at Bulmershe. We’ll also be sharing regular updates, so you always have the information you need.

We know this transition can feel overwhelming, but rest assured, you and your child are in safe hands. Our website is full of useful resources, and if you ever have questions, we are just an email away.
